About Utah National Parks

Utah National Parks

Southern Utah is home to many famous national parks. What most people don’t realize is how close these destinations are to Las Vegas. We have created two tours that allow Las Vegas vacationers to experience a Utah national parks road trip all in an affordable, one-day excursion.

Zion National Park

Zion National Park is home to various well-known hikes and overlooks. These Zion National Park hikes include Angels Landing, The Narrows, Riverside Walk, and Emerald Pools. On our tour of Zion Park, you will have 6 hours to explore the area. This gives visitors enough time to experience one of these incredible hikes.

What To Do In Zion

If hiking is not your preference, Zion has many other incredible activities to choose from. Some favorite things to do in Zion are bicycling, horseback riding, canyoneering, and birding. If you want to learn more about the park from someone with experience, there are ranger-led activities to take part in too. Zion National Park is one of the most visited national parks in the United States, so if you want to do one of these activities, you will need to plan ahead. The busiest months in Zion are April through October, drawing larger crowds than the other months. If you choose to visit during this time, you will want to plan your visit’s activities in advance.

Bryce Canyon National Park

Bryce Canyon National Park is the other national park tour from Las Vegas that we offer. Bryce Canyon is recognizable by its tall, colorful, spire-shaped rock formations that fill the canyon. With its intricate canyons and cliffs, this park is breathtaking from above, below, and everywhere in between. On our Bryce and Zion tour you will get to see both parks in the same one-day tour, while getting to spend 2 hours exploring within Bryce Canyon National Park. Once you arrive in the park, you will be dropped off at the Bryce Canyon Lodge to start your tour.

What To Do In Bryce Canyon

From there, if you want a relaxing stroll in Bryce, you can walk along the rim of the canyon and enjoy the aerial views of Bryce Amphitheatre. Popular viewpoints along the rim of Bryce Canyon are Sunset Point, Sunrise Point, and Inspiration Point. For more adventurous visitors, you can take a short hike down into the canyon to see more dramatic views of the landscape. There are ranger education programs available throughout the day if you want to learn more about the geology, history, and astronomy surrounding the park as well.
